The majority of our slabs are Ace Grading, but we also offer graded slabs from all reputable grading companies. Every card is professionally authenticated and graded, ensuring quality and authenticity.

How do I get an invite code?

The Slab Lab is currently in early access, which means you need an invite code to create an account. If you don't have one, you can request early access using the form on our landing page. We'll notify you when we open up to more users.

How does my collection work?

When you open a pack, the slab is added to your account. You can keep it there as long as you like and request shipping when you're ready — combine multiple slabs into one order, or ship them one at a time. If a slab isn't for you, you can trade it back to us for account credit at the listed guide price.

What are the different packs?

We offer a range of packs at different price points, each containing slabs in a different value range. Lower-priced packs are an accessible way to start a collection; higher-priced packs hold more valuable slabs. You can browse all available packs and see the slabs they contain on our packs page.

We constantly update our inventory with new graded slabs from our UK suppliers. Our collection is always evolving, so there's always something new to discover when you open a pack.

Are all packs backed by real inventory?

Yes! Every pack is backed by real inventory. We maintain a physical stock of graded slabs, and when you purchase a pack and choose to ship, you're guaranteed to receive a real card from our inventory. There's no virtual or simulated inventory, everything is real.

How is each slab assigned to a pack?

Each pack is fulfilled from our real UK inventory using a verifiable random selection process. We're transparent about the value range for every pack on its product page, so you always know what's possible before you buy.

Can I see what cards are available?

Yes! You can browse the available cards for each tier on our tiers page. While we don't show the exact card you'll receive (that's the mystery!), you can see the full range of cards that could be in each tier's inventory.

Can I pull the same card twice?

If you choose the buyback option, the card may eventually be available again in future packs. If the card is in your vault, or you choose to ship, or even if you just haven't made your choice yet, the card will not be available to anyone.

How do you decide card values?

Card values are determined using current market data and guide prices from trusted sources. We regularly update our pricing to reflect the current market value of each card, ensuring fair and accurate valuations for both pack pricing and buyback rates.

Why are some pulls below the pack price?

Like any pack opening experience, you may receive cards valued below the pack price. This is part of the excitement, while some pulls may be below the pack price, others can be significantly above it. We aim to keep the average pack value as close to the pack price as possible. This is always displayed in real time alongside the pack odds and available cards.

What are the different buyback options?

When you choose to buyback a card, you have two options: Cash Buyback at 70% of the card's guide price, which goes to your withdrawable balance and can be withdrawn to your bank account. Or Store Credit at 85% of the guide price, which goes to your non-withdrawable balance but can be used to purchase more packs or pay for shipping. The higher rate for Store Credit rewards you for keeping your balance in the platform.

What's the difference between withdrawable and non-withdrawable balance?

Your withdrawable balance is money you can withdraw directly to your UK bank account. Your non-withdrawable balance (also called Store Credit) cannot be withdrawn, but can be used to purchase packs or pay for shipping. When you make purchases, the system automatically uses your non-withdrawable balance first, then your withdrawable balance if needed. This ensures you get the most value from your Store Credit.

How does Store Credit work?

Store Credit is non-withdrawable balance that you receive from Store Credit buybacks (85% rate) or referral bonuses. While you can't withdraw it directly, Store Credit is automatically used first when you purchase packs or pay for shipping. This means you get maximum value from your Store Credit before any withdrawable balance is used. You can always see your total balance, withdrawable balance, and Store Credit amounts on your balance page.

Can I change my buyback choice after selecting it?

No, once you've chosen a buyback option (Cash or Store Credit), the decision is final. Make sure you're happy with your choice before confirming. If you need help deciding, remember that Cash Buyback gives you more flexibility (you can withdraw it), while Store Credit gives you a higher rate (85% vs 70%) but must be used on the platform.

Withdrawal processing times vary, but typically take 3-5 business days to reach your UK bank account. We process withdrawals as quickly as possible and will notify you once your withdrawal has been initiated.

Can I withdraw my Store Credit?

No, Store Credit (non-withdrawable balance) cannot be withdrawn directly to your bank account. However, you can use it to purchase packs or pay for shipping. Store Credit is automatically used first when making purchases, so you'll get full value from it. If you want withdrawable balance, choose Cash Buyback (70% rate) instead of Store Credit (85% rate) when selling cards.

You can withdraw your withdrawable balance directly to your UK bank account. Your total balance consists of both withdrawable balance (which can be withdrawn) and Store Credit (non-withdrawable, but can be used for purchases). When you make a withdrawal request, only your withdrawable balance is available. Simply navigate to your dashboard and use the withdrawal feature to see your available withdrawable balance.

Yes! You can buyback any slabs in your vault at any time. When you choose to buyback, you can select either Cash Buyback (70% of guide price, goes to withdrawable balance) or Store Credit (85% of guide price, goes to non-withdrawable balance). The credit will be added to your account balance, which you can then withdraw (if Cash Buyback) or use to purchase more packs and shipping (both options).

Can I see photos of my slabs?

Yes! When you view your vault, you can see photos of all your slabs. Each slab has front and back images so you can see exactly what you've pulled before deciding whether to ship or buyback. All of the images we use show the real card and slab, we don't use placeholder images.
